SHIPPING
Watermark ships within Canada and the USA (for now). Orders are shipped out within an estimated 1-3 business days using Expedited Shipping via Canada Post and includes tracking, unless the item ships Letter Post, as tracking is not available for this service.
Please note: we do not ship on Sundays and nationally observed Canadian holidays.
Please allow for additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number.
If you choose Local Pickup in Calgary, Alberta, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up.

All of our products are sold in Canadian currency.
ORDERS WITHIN CANADA
- Orders within Canada that are $150 or more (before tax & before discounts) qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
- Orders less than $150 are charged a flat rate based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
- FREE LOCAL PICKUP is available in Calgary, Alberta in the community of Oakridge, SW. Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready (usually within 24-48 hours) with detailed instructions and location to pick up your order. Please keep an eye out for this email as it may end up in your spam or junk folder
ORDER SHIPPING TO THE USA

Important To Note:
Watermark is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to an entry error at checkout. Please double check all personal information to ensure it is accurate before completing your order.
Watermark is also not responsible for packages once they are handed over to Canada Post. If there is an issue, an error or delay, all orders that are shipped expedited with tracking will need to contact Canada Post directly. Please keep us in the loop and we will do our best to help when possible.
Lost or Missing Parcels:
We cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages that result from the input of an incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entry or non collection, the cost of the item being returned to us and/or re-shipped will be the responsibility of the customer. Once an item has been delivered to the courier, we cannot control its journey. Please reach out directly to the courier, using your tracking number(s), for questions on arrival or other information.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a full refund, less any shipping charges. Watermark will accept the return of most items within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns requested after 30 days and up to 45 days from the order shipment date will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging (if possible) and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
