Frequently asked Questions
Orders are shipped out within an estimated 1-3 business days using Expedited Shipping via Canada Post and includes tracking, unless the item ships Letter Post, as tracking is not available for this service.
If the package is shipping locally it typically takes 1 business day, regionally up to 3 business days and nationally up to 7 business days
Watermark will accept the return of most items within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns requested after 30 days and up to 45 days from the order shipment date will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are unable to change an address once an order has been shipped. However please contact us in the event that your order has not shipped yet.
Watermark is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to an entry error at checkout. Please double check all personal information to ensure it is accurate before completing your order.
Watermark is also not responsible for packages once they are handed over to Canada Post. If there is an issue, an error or delay, all orders that are shipped expedited with tracking will need to contact Canada Post directly. Please keep us in the loop and we will do our best to help when possible.
